  • Flexible Returns: We accept reasonable return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
  • Easy Installation Instructions: We supply comprehensive installation guides for all curtains and shades. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper installation and avoid any damage to the fabric or lifting systems.

Please note: Our return policy does not cover fabric returns or refunds if you have not reviewed or received a fabric sample prior to ordering.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

What's Covered:

  • We guarantee that your product will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. In the event of a defect, YOYODECO will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected item.

What's Not Covered:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as fading due to sunlight, fabric fraying, color loss, damage caused by water, pets, or insects, or deterioration of operational mechanisms over time.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from customer modifications or attempts to repair the product.
  • The warranty does not guarantee that the product will not become obsolete in the future.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

  • The limited lifetime warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product.
