A117 1% Apertura Fine-Tessuto Corda Quadrato Cassette Solar Shades

A 1% openness factor means the fabric weave is extremely tight, allowing only 1% of light to pass through. This provides the highest level of UV protection, glare reduction, and daytime privacy. It effectively blocks harsh sunlight while keeping your room cool, making it ideal for home offices or rooms with direct sun exposure.

Unlike standard industrial solar shades, our fine-texture finish adds a sophisticated, matte-like depth to your windows. It softens the room's appearance while maintaining the high-performance durability of a technical solar fabric, bridging the gap between functional window treatments and high-end home decor.

The Square Cassette (top box) provides a clean, contemporary, and architectural finish that completely conceals the roll mechanism and mounting brackets. It also acts as a protective shield for the fabric, keeping dust and debris away, which ensures the shade remains in pristine condition for years.

Yes. Our premium cordless system uses a high-precision, constant-tension spring motor. By removing all dangling lift cords or chains, we eliminate the primary entanglement hazard, making it the safest window treatment choice for homes with children or pets.

To ensure the square cassette fits securely and sits flush within your window frame, we recommend a minimum installation depth of 10cm (4 inches). This provides sufficient clearance for the mounting brackets and the cassette profile to be mounted securely.

For inside mounts, measure the precise width at three points (top, middle, and bottom) and use the narrowest measurement. For height, measure from the top of the frame to the sill. See Our Step-by-Step Measurement Guide.

Yes. Outside mounting is ideal if you have shallow window frames or wish to maximize window coverage. We suggest adding 5–10cm (2–4 inches) to your width and height measurements to ensure the cassette box fully overlaps the window opening for optimal light blockage.

Routine maintenance is simple. Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment on a low-suction setting to gently remove surface dust. For spot cleaning, dab the area with a slightly damp, clean microfiber cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners or heavy scrubbing, which could compromise the fabric's specialized solar coating.
