8838 No-Drill Cordless Relaxed Linen Roman Shades

The 'relaxed' Roman shade style features a soft, gentle curve at the bottom hem when the shade is raised, rather than a stiff, horizontal line. This creates an elegant, effortless, and organic aesthetic that perfectly complements the natural, breathable texture of our premium linen fabric.

Our no-drill system uses high-tension internal springs housed within a sturdy headrail. By adjusting the width to match your window frame and locking it in place, the system creates constant, secure lateral pressure. It supports the shade effectively without requiring any drills, screws, or permanent hardware, making it ideal for rentals.

Our linen fabric is selected for both beauty and durability. Routine maintenance simply involves using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment on low suction to remove surface dust. For spot cleaning, gently blot the fabric with a clean microfiber cloth and cool water. Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing to protect the natural fibers and the relaxed drape.

Yes. Our cordless mechanism is integrated directly into the headrail, allowing you to raise and lower the shade smoothly by pushing or pulling the bottom handle. The mechanism is weighted specifically to maintain the signature 'relaxed' bottom curve every time you adjust it.

These shades are designed for inside-mount installation on stable, level, and flat-surfaced window frames. For the tension mechanism to hold securely, the window frame must be structurally sound. We do not recommend this for arched, circular, or non-level window openings.

No. Each headrail comes equipped with high-friction, non-marking silicone end-caps. These are designed to provide a secure grip and distribute pressure evenly, ensuring your window frame remains free from scratches, dents, or adhesive residue.

Absolutely. The 100% cordless operation eliminates dangling lift cords, which are common entanglement hazards. This provides a clean, minimalist look while ensuring a safe environment for your family.

For an optimal fit, measure the interior width of your window frame at three points: top, middle, and bottom. Always use the narrowest measurement for your order to ensure the headrail fits easily within the frame while maintaining the necessary tension for a secure hold.
