A113 Motorisierte 5% Offenheit Stoff-Faced Cassette Solar Shades

A 5% openness factor means that 5% of the fabric area consists of small openings, while 95% is woven solid. This creates the 'gold standard' for solar shades: it effectively filters harsh sunlight and reduces glare while still allowing a soft, clear view of the outdoors during the day.

During the day, 5% openness provides excellent privacy, as the light filtering makes it difficult for outsiders to see inside. However, at night, when interior lights are on, silhouettes may be visible from the exterior. We recommend pairing these with curtains for total nighttime privacy.

The fabric-faced cassette wraps the headrail in the same solar fabric as the shade itself. This eliminates the look of bulky plastic or metal hardware, creating a seamless, 'built-in' look that makes your window treatments appear custom-designed and high-end.

These shades feature a long-lasting, rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Absolutely. With a 5% openness factor, these shades filter out 95% of harmful UV rays. This is a highly effective way to prevent your hardwood floors, carpets, and expensive upholstery from fading due to direct, prolonged sun exposure.

Yes. The motorized design is inherently cordless, which eliminates the hazardous dangling chains or loops found on traditional manual roller shades. This makes our product a significantly safer, worry-free choice for families with young children and pets.

For an 'Inside Mount,' measure the exact width of your window opening at the top, middle, and bottom, then provide the narrowest dimension. For an 'Outside Mount,' we recommend adding 2–4 inches to your total width and height to ensure full window coverage and optimal glare control. View Our Step-by-Step Measurement Guide.

Maintenance is simple. Use a feather duster or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove surface dust. For minor spots, gently blot with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals to maintain the integrity of the fabric and the cassette finish.
